Tanmay our son has been studying in Deodhar Classes since April 2019.

It was a very difficult challenge for us to select the right institute for him as he is a very introvert kid and does not open up easily or participate in the classroom actively. Hence the process of shortlisting the institute was an important criterion.

Our journey began with interaction with various institute along with him and post his interaction, the final decision of choosing Deodhar classes was made by him citing below points that he was very happy about Deodhar Classes.

A) One on one interaction with Omkar sir and Hrishikesh sir ,who understood him and calmly listened to his anxiety, confusion and nervousness that I am sure every kid will have at that point of time. They empathized with him, thus calming him which helped him think with a clear mind.

B) They gave him confidence and also the additional fact that batch will not be crowded with students was a big relief for him.

C) Unlike other institute where the focus was only studies, both Omkar sir and Hrishikesh sir encouraged him to continue his Football as he had played for School and a professional club.

From the parent’s perspective, the most impressive features were

ii) Each batch made as per the competency of the kid so that they feel comfortable with each other thus eliminating the chance of them suffering from any complexes.

iii) Very well qualified teaching staff, most of whom have themselves exceled in these competitive exams and are able to guide them well. Thus, all the kids feel that they are part of their group are able to discuss their difficulties very openly.

iv) Continuous improvement program and monitoring by Personnel mentoring- this is the most important process in the overall journey. This really helps kids to validate and check their performance, the counselling helps kids understand what they are doing right and where there is need for improvement. This session not only teaches them time management but also help them to prioritize, get focused and organized with their studies.
