Dhanush U – I had been to the study centre yesterday and usually the other study centre , they tell us to use the study centre quite some time and if we are comfortable we can join the study centre which didn’t happen here , they asked me for a total of 1200 rupees but i was shocked , to be in safer side I said them I’ll give 500 rupees and I’ll give the remaining amount tomorrow , they were like okay , as I’m a working professional , I sat in the desk that was allotted , I felt like desk is small as my laptop is 15” and I had some gadgets like Bluetooth headset , wireless mouse etc , for me the space wasn’t enough , also the Wifi speed it was quite lower than the speed that I usually use at home , even then I decided like as we have paid 500 and the environment was quiet , let’s use it for a day and we will decide if the things are gonna work out , unfortunately I got a call asking me to leave Bangalore , so I informed study centre that I need to move and I wanna vacate , they were like we are sorry and it’s non refundable , I said that it was never informed before making the payment , they are saying it’s non refundable while I wanted to vacate and their behaviour and the staff were so unprofessional, and I reminded them that you didn’t inform before but now you’re saying non refundable , that’s not fair , they replied that usually we take 1200 and we showed you humanity and accepted the 500 rupee that you paid such that you could’ve given the money later , i was like okay , let’s not argue and disturb the others who reading , we will post it here such that the new joiners would be careful , thank you guys for reading , also sorry about the punctuation.
